How to make a complaint

We want everyone we support to be happy with their care. If you're not, please tell us. We take every concern seriously, and raising one will never affect your care or count against you. Our full Complaints Procedure is available on request — this is the short version.

1. Tell us

Get in touch in whatever way is easiest — by phone on 07394 446099, by email at office@allthingscare.net, or by post to All Things Carers Ltd, 275 New North Road, London, N1 7AA. If you'd like help to make a complaint, just ask and we'll arrange it.

2. We'll look into it

We'll acknowledge your complaint within three working days, tell you who's handling it, and investigate fully and fairly. We aim to give you a full written response within twenty working days — and if we ever need longer, we'll explain why and give you a new date.

3. If you're still unhappy

Tell us and we'll gladly take another look. You can also go to an independent body: the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman (lgo.org.uk, 0300 061 0614) may be able to consider complaints about adult social care and support. As we're a non-regulated service, you can also get free advice on your consumer rights from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133).

If someone may be at risk of harm

We treat this as a safeguarding matter and act straight away to keep people safe. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
